Rotaloc^TM and Rotaloc Plus^TM

Rotaloc Cutters are designed exclusively for the HMD115 and the Rotaloc Plus Cutters and designed for the HMD150. They both featurea bayonet-style twist and lock shank for quick cutter changes requiring no tools.

Copperhead^TM Carbide Tip Cutters

Copperhead Carbide Cutters now feature two shanks styles, the new Fusion shank for tool-less arbors and the standard two flat shank. Copperhead Cutters are design for extended tool life in abrasive and tough-to-cut materials. They are available in 2" (50mm) depth of cut in sizes from 9/16" to 1-1/2" (14mm - 40mm).

RotaCut Sheet Metal Cutters range from 1/4" to 1-1/2" or 6mm to 25mm diameters and up to 1/2" depth of cut for hand-held drills or industrial assembly applications.

Carbide Holcutters offer improved performance and longer tool life in tough to cut materials. For materials up to 1/8" thick.

Hougen Holcutters cut thru the stock rather than tearing or ripping thru like typical hole saws do. Designed for sheet metal up to 1/8" thick.

"16,000-Series" Extended Reach Cutters

"16,000-Series" Cutters are designed for applications where extended reach is required. They're ideally suited for trailer hitch installations, or single pass through holes in square and rectangular pipe and tubing. Use in 3/8" or 1/2" drill chucks.

Rotabroach Industrial Cutters

"42/43,000-Series" & "22/23,000-Series"

For smaller and lower horsepower mag drills and machines, these economical tools are available with either .188" or .218" wall thickness to limit workloads, yet still provide high feed rates and speeds.

Heavy Duty Industrial Cutters

For machine operations for up to 4" diameters with 3, 4, or 6" depth of cut. They have the Hougen-Edge^® feature, a patented precision ground end-tooth geometry developed to provide long tool life, extended resharpenability, and superior surface finish.
