TiN Coated cutters increase tool life, reduce friction, and operate at cooler temperatures. For materials up to 325 BHN or gummy materials.

Modified "12,000-Series" TiN Coated Premium Rotabroach® Cutters

A M42 premium tool for harder materials when improved wear resistance is critical. TiN Coated Premium H.S.S. tools are ideal for use with materials up to 350 BHN, such as T1 alloy plate and armor plating. Higher hardness than M2 but with less impact resistance. Other coatings available upon request.
